At 101 proof (50.5% abv), this higher proof whisky gives a depth of fl favour and aroma second to none on the bourbon market, just like the corn it is made from! The nose is reminiscent of peach custard pie, rich and fruity. On the palate are notes of salted caramel and sweet oak, with lingering notes of pepper and sweet fennel.
