Cantina di Negrar wines are a quintessential part of Valpolicella's long tradition in wine-making and grape-production. Over the years, however, they have changed with the times and today are a fine balance between price and quality. With 85 years of winemaking, this winery continues to grace dinner tables with many styles. Made by drying the grapes gives it depth and density. Aromas and flavours of coffee, toast, nuts, spice and dried figs lead to a concentrated medium-bodied palate and smooth finish.
